Airports Pickup Instructions
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
For the quickest exit from LAX, please follow these steps: After landing, watch for a text from your driver with pickup instructions. Promptly reply once you’ve collected your luggage, allowing your driver to time their departure from the LAX Waiting Lot and meet you on time at the designated pillar. This coordination is key to a smooth and swift pickup:
- Our drivers monitor your flight and will be waiting in the LAX waiting lot.
- Look for a text from your driver with specific pickup instructions tailored to your terminal.
- Reply to the driver’s text once you’re ready to leave, signaling your readiness.
- Curbside Pickup Locations at LAX
Curbside Pickup at LAX saves time, effort, and extra fees. Instead of walking an additional 120 feet to reach the parking structure with the driver during Meet & Greet, passengers only walk about 50 feet from the terminal exit to the curbside pillars where your driver will be waiting with your name clearly displayed on a whiteboard. This quicker, more direct option minimizes delays, reduces walking distance with luggage, and eliminates the added Meet & Greet cost—making it the most convenient choice for most travelers.
Exit the terminal through the sliding double glass doors and head to the designated white pillar for your terminal. Look for the letter-number marker shown below:

John Wayne Airport (SNA) - Orange County
At SNA airport, our drivers wait at the curb-side of your arrival terminal. Positioned outside, they greet you, ensuring a hassle-free pick-up experience that sets the right tone for your journey. Conveniently located, our drivers strive for a smooth start to your trip.
Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR)
At Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), our drivers wait at the designated Ride-Share pickup area assigned by the airport authority. Positioned there, they offer easy access upon your arrival, ensuring a seamless pick-up experience.
Ontario Airport (ONT)
All Ontario Airport (ONT) pick-ups take place in front of your arrival terminal. After retrieving your luggage, walk outside and promptly notify your Ascend in Motion driver of your location via text message for an immediate pick-up.
All pickups occur at the Ride-Share pickup area, conveniently located less than 25 feet from the main terminal exit.
Meet & Greet
All our services include curbside pickup at every location for maximum convenience. For passengers arriving at LAX Airport who prefer a more personalized experience, our Meet & Greet service places your driver just past the first exit point after baggage claim. The driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name for effortless identification. Please note, the Meet & Greet service is an additional option available exclusively at LAX Airport for $95 per Meet & Greet.
Hotels Pickup Instructions
For all hotel pick-ups, your driver will be waiting for you at the main exit of the hotel, typically near the valet area, 5 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
All other pickup
For all other pick-ups, including residential or non-hotel locations, your driver will be positioned at the curb-side of the specific pick-up address you provided. This means that they will be waiting for you right outside the designated location, ready to assist you with your transportation needs. By being conveniently located at the curb-side, our drivers aim to ensure a seamless and efficient pick-up experience.
Complimentary waiting times
Ascend in Motion provides generous complimentary waiting times to keep your pickup smooth and stress-free. If you request your pickup later than your flight’s actual arrival, the delayed time is deducted from your complimentary allowance:
International flights:
Enjoy a 60-minute complimentary waiting time starting at the actual landing time.
If you respond to your driver within 30 minutes of landing, your complimentary time extends to 90 minutes. If you request your pickup later than landing, that delay is subtracted from the complimentary allowance.
Domestic flights:
Enjoy a 30-minute complimentary waiting period starting at the flight’s arrival time.
If you request your pickup later than the flight’s arrival time, the delayed time is subtracted from the 30-minute allowance, provided it does not exceed the full allowance.
Hotels and Non-Airport Pickups:
We provide a convenient 15-minute waiting time for your driver to greet you and assist with your transportation needs.
